My Acronis 2015b has worked perfectly for 2½ years on this computer so I'm at a bit of a loss figuring out how to fix this very scary problem. When I try to run my ATI 2015 the usual way I get an error that says True Image is not installed. I even tried booting from the DVD and going to Windows that way to do a repair. The repair supposedly works but the Start application button does nothing but give me a few seconds of spinning wheel, then dead. I got the DVD out of the safe and tried to do several repair installs. I restarted my computer and got a TI Monitor crash advisory and couldn't ever get ATI 2015 to work and couldn't generate a system report. I shut down the program and that was was the end of my Acronis. I ignored it and went back to change it back to days of full backups stored and got the same error. Seemed like it was something about a script. I switched the control from days of backups to number of backups. I started my ATI and looked at the settings for that backup. Today I looked at that same drive and saw it was full again with 10 or so full backups. I manually deleted a couple of old backups and it was apparently working well for a week or so. I checked the settings and everything looked ok for that particular backup operation. I had trouble with my True Image 2015 filling a backup drive and not removing copies over 7 days old.
